These terms are an agreement between you and Ferrix Ventures ("we", "us") for the raaaw application and this website. By downloading, buying, or using raaaw you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use raaaw.
Your license
raaaw is sold as a one-time purchase. Buying a license grants you a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and use raaaw on Macs you own or control. Your purchase includes free updates within the same major version.
The license is for your own use. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute raaaw or your license key.
Free trial
raaaw offers a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked, no account and no card required. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate raaaw fully. When it ends, buy a license to keep using the app; your work is never held hostage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble raaaw except to the extent the law expressly permits; not to remove or alter any notices; and not to use raaaw for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
Your Claude subscription
raaaw's AI assistant requires your own Anthropic (Claude) Pro or Max subscription. You are responsible for that account, for complying with Anthropic's terms, and for any usage or costs it incurs. We do not provide, resell, or bill for Claude, and the assistant is an optional convenience — raaaw's editor works without it.
Your content
Your photos, videos, and edits are yours. We claim no ownership of and no rights to your content. raaaw edits write back into Apple Photos on your device as recoverable adjustments and never destroy your originals.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Because raaaw offers a full-featured 14-day free trial, we encourage you to evaluate it before buying. If raaaw doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it.
Updates and availability
We may release updates, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We don't guarantee that raaaw or this website will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer of warranties
raaaw is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use raaaw at your own risk. While raaaw is designed to be non-destructive, you are responsible for keeping backups of your library.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferrix Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of raaaw. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may stop using raaaw at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use raaaw after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ferrix Ventures is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
